# tab@lign vs Ariel Torque Guide

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ariel Torque Guide at every 2 months against tab@lign's every 10 months. Ariel Torque Guide also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 83%) and ratings volume (8 vs 2). tab@lign's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

tab@lign holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of tab@lign's written reviews are positive against 100% of Ariel Torque Guide's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

tab@lign ships an update every 10 months, Ariel Torque Guide every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
