# Legacy IP Camera Viewer vs YCC365 Plus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Legacy IP Camera Viewer at 42% against YCC365 Plus's 9%. Legacy IP Camera Viewer also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.5). YCC365 Plus's advantage is ratings volume (1.8K vs 3) and rating (2.3 vs 2.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

YCC365 Plus holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YCC365 Plus has 1.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Legacy IP Camera Viewer's written reviews are positive against 9% of YCC365 Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Legacy IP Camera Viewer ships an update every 3 months, YCC365 Plus every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
