# Dubai+ vs Noor Play

The clearest difference is rating: Noor Play at 4.5 against Dubai+'s 3.7. Noor Play also leads on ratings volume (9.3K vs 162). Dubai+'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noor Play sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Dubai+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Noor Play holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noor Play has 9.3K ratings behind it against 162, so its average is the more settled of the two.
