# BaladoDiscovery vs Flashback

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Flashback at none against BaladoDiscovery's 1. Flashback also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BaladoDiscovery sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Flashback asks for nothing beyond the download.

BaladoDiscovery ships an update every 6 weeks, Flashback fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
