# Slopes vs Flowstate

The clearest difference is rating: Slopes at 4.9 against Flowstate's 2.7. Slopes also leads on ratings volume (88K vs 3) and chart position (#176 vs unranked). Flowstate's advantage is iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slopes sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Flowstate sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Slopes holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slopes has 88K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 84% and 83% positive.

Slopes ships an update every 9 days, Flowstate fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
