# Beckett Baseball vs Flygrade

The clearest difference is rating: Beckett Baseball at 4.6 against Flygrade's 3.4. Beckett Baseball also leads on ratings volume (244 vs 18) and update cadence (every 5 months vs every 12 months). Flygrade's advantage is review sentiment (44% vs 24%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beckett Baseball sells 37 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Flygrade sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beckett Baseball holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beckett Baseball has 244 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of Beckett Baseball's written reviews are positive against 44% of Flygrade's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Beckett Baseball ships an update every 5 months, Flygrade every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
