# YoungLA vs Ultimate Nutrition

The clearest difference is rating: YoungLA at 4.9 against Ultimate Nutrition's 4.3. YoungLA also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11K vs 7). Ultimate Nutrition's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 72%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

YoungLA holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YoungLA has 11K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of YoungLA's written reviews are positive against 100% of Ultimate Nutrition's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

YoungLA ships an update weekly, Ultimate Nutrition every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
