# SchlockVideo vs Buzzing

The clearest difference is update cadence: SchlockVideo at monthly against Buzzing's every 7 months. Buzzing's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SchlockVideo sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Buzzing sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SchlockVideo ships an update monthly, Buzzing every 7 months. Both last shipped on September 23, 2026.
