# Mopiq vs PrimeNote

The clearest difference is rating: Mopiq at 4.7 against PrimeNote's 1.0. Mopiq also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mopiq sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and PrimeNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mopiq holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mopiq has 1.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Mopiq ships an update weekly, PrimeNote every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
