# HollyAudio vs Ulanzi Creator

The clearest difference is rating: HollyAudio at 2.3 against Ulanzi Creator's 2.0. HollyAudio also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (111 vs 5). Ulanzi Creator's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 18%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HollyAudio holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HollyAudio has 111 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of HollyAudio's written reviews are positive against 33% of Ulanzi Creator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HollyAudio ships an update every 3 weeks, Ulanzi Creator every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
