# Westinghouse vs FriedrichLink

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Westinghouse at 40% against FriedrichLink's 7%. Westinghouse also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). FriedrichLink's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 17 months) and rating (3.2 vs 2.9). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FriedrichLink holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 23 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Westinghouse's written reviews are positive against 7% of FriedrichLink's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Westinghouse ships an update every 17 months, FriedrichLink every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
