# RoThings vs Super Dots

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Super Dots at 104 against RoThings's 2. Super Dots also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RoThings sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Super Dots sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for RoThings against 5.0 for Super Dots. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Super Dots has 104 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RoThings ships an update fortnightly, Super Dots every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
