# GrowIt vs Safeview

GrowIt and Safeview both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 85% of Safeview's written reviews are positive against 46% of GrowIt's. Safeview also leads on chart position (#156 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). GrowIt's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (14K vs 805). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GrowIt sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Safeview sells 25 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for GrowIt against 4.6 for Safeview. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GrowIt has 14K ratings behind it against 805, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 46% of GrowIt's written reviews are positive against 85% of Safeview's.

GrowIt ships an update every 2 weeks, Safeview every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
