# Fantasy Tree vs Kpop Wordchain

Fantasy Tree and Kpop Wordchain both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of Kpop Wordchain's written reviews are positive against 15% of Fantasy Tree's. Kpop Wordchain also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Fantasy Tree's advantage is ratings volume (8.9K vs 9). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fantasy Tree sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Kpop Wordchain asks for nothing beyond the download.

Fantasy Tree holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fantasy Tree has 8.9K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of Fantasy Tree's written reviews are positive against 67% of Kpop Wordchain's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fantasy Tree ships an update fortnightly, Kpop Wordchain every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
