# Fantasy Tree vs Debate

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fantasy Tree at fortnightly against Debate's every 2 months. Fantasy Tree also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fantasy Tree sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Debate sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fantasy Tree ships an update fortnightly, Debate every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
