# RealtimeKit vs TT5

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: RealtimeKit at none against TT5's 3. RealtimeKit also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.2). TT5's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TT5 sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. RealtimeKit asks for nothing beyond the download.

RealtimeKit ships an update every 3 months, TT5 every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
