# Bots vs It's Chat

Bots and It's Chat both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of It's Chat's written reviews are positive against 43% of Bots's. It's Chat also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). Bots's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 4). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bots sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and It's Chat sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Bots against 4.8 for It's Chat. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bots has 1.3K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 43% of Bots's written reviews are positive against 100% of It's Chat's.

Bots ships an update every 5 days, It's Chat every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
