# Bots vs Scan AI

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Scan AI at 98% against Bots's 43%. Scan AI also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 26.0). Bots's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 24). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bots sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Scan AI sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scan AI holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bots has 1.3K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 43% of Bots's written reviews are positive against 98% of Scan AI's.

Bots ships an update every 5 days, Scan AI every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 7, 2026.
