# Wheels NOW vs TAKKA

Wheels NOW and TAKKA both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of TAKKA's written reviews are positive against 58% of Wheels NOW's. Wheels NOW's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 56). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Wheels NOW against 4.6 for TAKKA. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wheels NOW has 1.9K ratings behind it against 56, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 58% of Wheels NOW's written reviews are positive against 100% of TAKKA's.

Wheels NOW ships an update every 3 weeks, TAKKA fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
