# Shoof vs Alsaqqar

The clearest difference is update cadence: Alsaqqar at every 4 days against Shoof's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shoof sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Alsaqqar sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shoof ships an update fortnightly, Alsaqqar every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
