The clearest difference is price: BB at Free against Limpio‎'s $0.99. BB also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.1) and review sentiment (90% vs 50%). Limpio‎'s advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

BB is free to download; Limpio‎ costs $0.99 up front. BB sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Limpio‎ sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
