# Whisper Memos vs Eidica

The clearest difference is update cadence: Whisper Memos at every 4 days against Eidica's every 10 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Whisper Memos sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $8.00 per 7 days and Eidica sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Whisper Memos ships an update every 4 days, Eidica every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
