# Poster Maker vs Notely AI

The clearest difference is monetization model: Notely AI at free with in-app purchases against Poster Maker's subscription. Notely AI also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 10 days) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Poster Maker's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 7) and chart position (#93 vs unranked). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Poster Maker sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Notely AI sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notely AI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Poster Maker has 10K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Poster Maker ships an update every 10 days, Notely AI every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
