# TV Remote vs Blinkode

The clearest difference is ads: TV Remote at none against Blinkode's shown. Blinkode's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TV Remote sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Blinkode sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TV Remote ships an update every 4 weeks, Blinkode every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
