# TAB vs Abide Connect

The clearest difference is ratings volume: TAB at 6 against Abide Connect's 1. On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for TAB against 5.0 for Abide Connect. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TAB has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TAB ships an update every 3 weeks, Abide Connect every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
