# Remainders vs PDF

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PDF at none against Remainders's 3. PDF also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). Remainders's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Remainders sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. PDF asks for nothing beyond the download.

Remainders ships an update monthly, PDF every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
