# Fohgah vs PIQR

The clearest difference is rating: PIQR at 5.0 against Fohgah's 4.4. PIQR also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Fohgah's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PIQR holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fohgah has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fohgah ships an update weekly, PIQR monthly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
