# Sincerely vs The Hot Source

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: The Hot Source at none against Sincerely's 10. The Hot Source also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Sincerely's advantage is ratings volume (36K vs 1) and chart position (#117 vs unranked). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sincerely sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. The Hot Source asks for nothing beyond the download.

The Hot Source holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sincerely has 36K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
