# Evar vs Daryo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Evar at every 6 days against Daryo's fortnightly. Daryo's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.0 for Evar against 3.0 for Daryo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Daryo has 19 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 50% of Evar's written reviews are positive against 44% of Daryo's.

Evar ships an update every 6 days, Daryo fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
