# Elite App vs Days Affirmations

The clearest difference is update cadence: Elite App at every 3 weeks against Days Affirmations's every 2 months. Elite App also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Elite App sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Days Affirmations sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Elite App ships an update every 3 weeks, Days Affirmations every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
