# PropSoft.ai vs SimplyWise

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PropSoft.ai at none against SimplyWise's 8. PropSoft.ai also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). SimplyWise's advantage is ratings volume (41K vs 3) and chart position (#11 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SimplyWise sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. PropSoft.ai asks for nothing beyond the download.
