# Trainer vs Inspired

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Trainer at 16.0 against Inspired's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trainer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Inspired sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Trainer ships an update every 2 weeks, Inspired fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
