# Integrity Training vs The Self

The clearest difference is device support: The Self at 3 against Integrity Training's —. On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Integrity Training sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $35.99 per month and The Self sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $200.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
