# Nice G.O. vs Proper Strides

The clearest difference is rating: Nice G.O. at 4.7 against Proper Strides's 3.7. Nice G.O. also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ratings volume (10K vs 3). Proper Strides's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (67% vs 43%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Proper Strides sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Nice G.O. asks for nothing beyond the download.

Nice G.O. holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nice G.O. has 10K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Nice G.O.'s written reviews are positive against 67% of Proper Strides's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nice G.O. ships an update every 2 months, Proper Strides weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
