# 磨耳猫 vs 林语

The clearest difference is rating: 林语 at 5.0 against 磨耳猫's 4.6. 磨耳猫's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (18 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 磨耳猫 sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and 林语 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

林语 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 磨耳猫 has 18 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

磨耳猫 ships an update every 3 days, 林语 every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
