# Woodfish vs 木鱼

The clearest difference is ads: Woodfish at none against 木鱼's shown. 木鱼's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Woodfish sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 木鱼 sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Woodfish ships an update every 2 weeks, 木鱼 every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
