# Linked Words vs Trivia Spin

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Trivia Spin at 8.7K against Linked Words's 3. Trivia Spin also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3). Linked Words's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Linked Words sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Trivia Spin sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Trivia Spin holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trivia Spin has 8.7K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Linked Words ships an update weekly, Trivia Spin monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
