# DailyShine vs Work It Training

The clearest difference is update cadence: Work It Training at every 6 weeks against DailyShine's every 8 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DailyShine sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Work It Training sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DailyShine ships an update every 8 months, Work It Training every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
