# Flex Appeal vs Helios Pilates

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Flex Appeal at 575 against Helios Pilates's 28. Flex Appeal also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Flex Appeal against 5.0 for Helios Pilates. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flex Appeal has 575 ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Flex Appeal ships an update every 3 weeks, Helios Pilates every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
