# EgeceTv vs Water tracking

The clearest difference is monetization model: Water tracking at free with in-app purchases against EgeceTv's subscription. EgeceTv's advantage is iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EgeceTv sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Water tracking sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EgeceTv ships an update every 10 days, Water tracking every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
