# Wooden Fish vs 心禅

Wooden Fish and 心禅 both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of 心禅's written reviews are positive against 67% of Wooden Fish's. Wooden Fish's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wooden Fish sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and 心禅 sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Wooden Fish against 5.0 for 心禅. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wooden Fish has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of Wooden Fish's written reviews are positive against 100% of 心禅's.

Wooden Fish ships an update every 6 days, 心禅 every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
