# ChatSpace vs Keet

ChatSpace and Keet both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 64% of Keet's written reviews are positive against 16% of ChatSpace's. Keet also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). ChatSpace's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 299) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.6). On price, rating, ads and chart position there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ChatSpace sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Keet asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for ChatSpace against 4.6 for Keet. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ChatSpace has 4K ratings behind it against 299, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 16% of ChatSpace's written reviews are positive against 64% of Keet's.

ChatSpace ships an update fortnightly, Keet every 5 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
