# ChatSpace vs Justlo

ChatSpace and Justlo both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 80% of Justlo's written reviews are positive against 16% of ChatSpace's. ChatSpace's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 524) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ChatSpace sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Justlo sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for ChatSpace against 4.5 for Justlo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ChatSpace has 4K ratings behind it against 524, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 16% of ChatSpace's written reviews are positive against 80% of Justlo's.

ChatSpace ships an update fortnightly, Justlo monthly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
