# USSSA vs Baseball Forever

The clearest difference is update cadence: USSSA at every 3 weeks against Baseball Forever's every 4 months. USSSA also leads on ratings volume (31K vs 4) and chart position (#202 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for USSSA against 5.0 for Baseball Forever. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: USSSA has 31K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

USSSA ships an update every 3 weeks, Baseball Forever every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
