# FMT vs GNX Fit

The clearest difference is update cadence: GNX Fit at every 3 days against FMT's every 2 weeks. FMT's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FMT sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per month and GNX Fit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FMT ships an update every 2 weeks, GNX Fit every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
