# Text Maker vs Create Color Palettes

The clearest difference is ads: Create Color Palettes at none against Text Maker's shown. Text Maker's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Text Maker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Create Color Palettes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
