# FEA vs RiseGuide

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: FEA at none against RiseGuide's 5. FEA also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and review sentiment (100% vs 85%). RiseGuide's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (20K vs 3). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RiseGuide sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. FEA asks for nothing beyond the download.

FEA holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RiseGuide has 20K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of FEA's written reviews are positive against 85% of RiseGuide's.

FEA ships an update every 2 months, RiseGuide every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
