# 药典大全 vs 中医药草

The clearest difference is ads: 药典大全 at none against 中医药草's shown. 中医药草's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 药典大全 sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.49 per year and 中医药草 sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

药典大全 ships an update every 2 months, 中医药草 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
