# Grit Coaching vs Unique Coaching

The clearest difference is update cadence: Grit Coaching at every 2 weeks against Unique Coaching's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Grit Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $199.99 per month and Unique Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $150.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Grit Coaching ships an update every 2 weeks, Unique Coaching every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
