# vibee vs onBGM

The clearest difference is ads: vibee at none against onBGM's shown. vibee also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). onBGM's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. vibee sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month and onBGM sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

vibee ships an update every 2 weeks, onBGM every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
